Buzz Andrews first appeared on the music scene in the '60s with a rock band called the Zonks, after which he played for two decades throughout the DFW area with the Texas Rhythm Band. He's also performed with Joe Stampley and the Uniques, Ma Rainey at Blues Alley in Memphis, Leon Rausch of the Texas Playboys, Fiddlin' Frenchie Burke, and Buddy Whittington, the guitarist for John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers.
