Clay & Electronic Cowboys is one of Clay Pendergrass's two bands, along with Future Soul Soundclash, a jazz-based ensemble, and features the original music of Clay and his brother Trey.
Clay & Electronic Cowboys is an eclectic and highly collaborative band. At live shows, the band performs in various configurations, including as a one man band (Clay) with a DJ, and as a trio, quartet, sextet and more, sometimes expanding to an eight piece band.
Clay Pendergrass has written songs, toured and recorded with David Garza, Jackopierce, Vibrolux, Jack Ingram and several others.
