Band History
History? We can't tell you what we just played and certainly can't play it again the same way. We can't even tell you what we're about to play! All we can do is ask you to listen to what we are playing NOW.
The best rule of music is you're only as good as your last note.

Sound Description
The Dallas Drum Djam is a weekly, open jam for all musicians that is based on the rhythms of Africa mixed with the creativity of the attendees. Imagine the djembe meets the didgeridoo mixed with drum set funk plus some jazz saxophone on top while we all sing in the Mandinko language of West Africa! Djam is the word for "peace" in the Wolof language of Senegal, W. Africa.

these guys are pretenders, dallas drum thieves and egomaniacs is more accurate! very unwelcoming, not any kind of community drumming, just an exercise in musical domination. to be avoided!
