Founded 2004, based in McKinney, TX
Bryan and Blake grew up together and began writing songs with unique and complimenting lead and rhythm guitar parts. Bryan's older brother Tim started listening to their music and convinced them to form a band. His perfect pitch and wide range was an immediate fit. Tim called on life-time friend "The Rip" who, at the time, was studying music and gigging around the Dallas metroplex as a jazz drummer. After auditioning a few bass players, mutual friend Alex's style and drive rounded out the band in May of 2004.
Darby has since created a buzz on KDGE-FM 102.1 the Edge with "Cheers to Disaster" and "6 Days," both produced by Matt Noveskey of Blue October. Darby finished The Clearing EP with producer Alex Gerst. They have shared the stage with Glassjaw, Evans Blue, and Fair to Midland. Darby has been part of the Family Values Tour and Ozzfest, and was selected for Buzz Oven Volume 17.
