Gary Kyle & The No Standards Band
Upcoming local shows
Gary Kyle grew up in Kingwood, a suburb of Houston. His senior year of high school, he and a friend fronted a crossover country band called Big Billy Bocephus and the Yee Haws. That convinced Gary that music was the career for him. He started writing songs in college at the University of North Texas and sang in front of anyone who would listen. Since graduating, Kyle has played in honky tonks and dancehalls all over Texas, Okalahoma and Arkansas with his No Standards Band.
