Habitual started by accident when Johnny FYG needed some car insurance and ended up wandering into Brian Dixon's insurance office. Brian had a guitar in his office, and the two ended up taking turns playing it. Johnny quickly invited Brian to join his band and Habitual was born. After some personnel changes, Jeff Cooper and Tommy Stewart joined, completing the band and setting the needed heavy groove, tone and depth that Habitual's music requires.
