Jack Ingram provides a blend of country, rock and singer-songwriter stylings. He's a local favorite who always seems to be right on the cusp of hitting it big nationally. (See his recent appearance on CMT Outlaws.) His albums grow in maturity year after year, but his blistering live show is the way to experience him, largely because of his backing group, The Beat-Up Ford Band.

Friday Night Films with AFI Dallas "If you build it, they will come" ... could've described Ray Nasher's vision for NorthPark and his sculpture center, or Lenier Temerlin and Michael Cain's desire to start a local AFI festival. The two team up for an all-American screening of Field of Dreams in the Dallas Arts District. Or there's always fireworks. More info
