Jay Johnson is a Dallas-based multi-award winning singer/songwriter. Jay was also selected as a Regional Finalist in the 2004 Sony/USA Network Nashville Star TV Show and currently has 5 of his songs being considered for placement in upcoming film and television shows.
The 18-year veteran performer has shared the stage with such talent as Jackson Browne, Pat Green, Willie Nelson, Charlie Robison, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Steven Fromholtz, Gary P. Jay’s style of writing is as diverse and all encompassing as the writer himself and his writing savvy has been compared to James Taylor, Jackson Browne and Townes Van Zandt.

Vans Warped Tour 2009 Warped just began -- Dallas is the fifth stop -- so Bad Religion, NOFX et al will still be fresh. This year, they've got fewer stages and longer sets (40 minutes instead of 30). Get there early for Colorado duo 3OH!3 and Brit punkers Gallows (pictured, credit Jay West). More info
