Katie grew up listening to her dad's records, which included everything from Dan Fogelberg to Marty Robbins. Growing up in Enid, Oklahoma, she performed in the local symphony orchestra, Gaslight Theater, and churches. After high school, she moved to New York City to pursue her musical dreams but missed the small(er) town life and now lives, works, and performs in DFW.
