The Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra is one of the largest arts groups in Irving. It presents a season of six subscription concerts annually at the Irving Arts Center under the baton of music director Robert Carter Austin. The ensemble’s 93 professional musicians present a balanced program of classical, light classical and pop repertoire. Guest artists who have performed with the LCSO include Michael Martin Murphey, Sandi Patty, the Ink Spots, Chet Atkins and Brave Combo.
The musicians of the LCSO also share a working agreement with the cities of Arlington and Garland.
