The Liking Strikes is an indie/rock/pop band made up of Lacey Wright, a vocalist and songwriter from Dallas, and Carter Stewart, an instrumentalist from Bedford. The Liking Strikes has a self-titled EP and expect to release their first full-length album in early 2009. Their sound is influenced by other bands such as The Cars, The Cure, Weezer, The Beatles, and The Rocket Summer. Lacey and Carter share a passion for performing live and recording music, and enjoy sharing their music with the world.
