In early 2005, four friends came together in a small run down rehearsal space where they would spend the next year doing nothing more than writing songs and crafting a style that would define what they wanted to accomplish as a band.
In the spring of 2006 they began searching for someone to help them bring their new sound to life, recording their self-titled 10-song debut with producer Geoff Rockwell. The rest of 2006 would be spent back in the small rehearsal space where they started. In early 2007, Peacemaker released their first CD. They soon started getting radio play, including on 102.1 The Edge, who started playing "No Rest for the Wicked" regularly on its weekend local show. The rest of the year was spent playing as many shows as possible developing a strong regional following and in early 2008, Peacemaker headed back into the studio to begin working on a new EP, The Reconstruction of the Ossicular Chain. This time they would be working alongside their good friend and producer Matt Aslanian at Maximedia Studios.
On March 17, 2009, Peacemaker released their new four-track EP titled The Reconstruction of the Ossicular Chain. The EP was released for free to download through their website.
