Those who think that Rhett first went solo in 2002 missed his high school debut, Mythologies (which is now a big-ticket rarity on eBay). Rhett's best known around here as frontman of the Old 97's, but his solo debut let him delve deeper into his poppy side.

His second solo disc, The Believer, was released in February 2006.
