Shotgun Messengers originally started out as the "Mullet Malicia" before becoming the Riverside Ramblers. The band spent four years playing full night (4-5 hour) cover gigs playing material ranging from '80s metal all the way to Elvis. Finally, in 2006 the band has been renamed and refueled as the Riverside Ramblers, loaded up with a full set of original songs. The band has departed from anything and everything mainstream, and has chosen to take the less lucrative path of playing good music.
