Stephen wanted a band. Stephen played lead guitar. Matt wanted a band. Matt played drums. One day, Matt and Stephen met. Stephen invited Matt to start a band.
The band decided it was small. It wanted more people to join the band. An ad was put out. Kristin saw the ad. Kristin wanted to join a band. Kristin played bass.
Kristin joined the band, but not on bass. Kristin was asked to sing and play piano. She agreed. Matt moved from drums to guitar. The band started playing acoustic shows.
The band was happy, but it wanted more. The band wanted to be a full rock band, with electric instruments and stuff. The band decided it needed a bass player and a drummer.
The drummer came first. Matt had a friend named Jonny5. Jonny5 had a friend named James. James was a drummer. He was good. The band moved into James's studio.
The band was again happy, but it was incomplete. Matt knew a guy named Garrett. Matt didn't know Garrett played bass. Garrett told Matt he did. The band found completion.
The band wanted a name. It tried many, but all were bad. All sans one: The Royal Blue. "What an excellent name!" thought the band. A name was found. The band was happy.
The band smiled as it plugged in and played its music together. The band wrote a bunch of songs. A few of these songs were recorded for the listening pleasure of some.
The band loved the studio, but it was forsaking the public stage. The band realized it was selfish. Not wanting to be selfish, the band now shares its music with all who will come.
Though the band loved their new sharing ways, not all was happy in the Royal Blue family. The band broke up in February of 2006.
