Band History
SOCOE (Sounds Of Creative Outer Energy) was started by Justin Ross and three friends in the fall of 2001 and lasted for two and half years until Ross moved out of state. When he returned, Ross reformed the band with three new members.
The group broke up in 2006, with some members forming the Justin Ross Band.
