Through the mechanism of hip-hop, The Triggermen speak to the billions of people who have little clout, charm and sense of normalcy. In a time when most MCs speak of their egos and appeal, The Triggermen prefer instead to uncover the not-so-picturesque side of everyday life. From restraining orders, drug binges and sexual mishaps to celebrity repugnance and fake mustaches, they are truly people with low self-esteem. However, with Hysteria 51's Dice Clay-like delivery and DJ Yosamite's Cuisinart-like cuts, The Triggermen manage do something amazing - they make unattractiveness seem, well, cool.
