Commenting contest: Home for the Holidays Musical at Palace Theatre Arts Center in Grapevine
We've got a family deal contest for the
Home for the Holidays Musical
running through December 23 at the
Palace Theater in Grapevine
:
"Home for the Holidays" is a true Broadway-style musical Christmas stage show presented at the Palace Arts Center in Grapevine, Texas. The holiday revue combines live music, singing and dancing with beautiful costumes and sets to paint the picture of a classic American family Christmas.
Here's how to enter: Go to the show page for Home for the Holidays here on PegNews and post a comment detailing your favorite Holiday memory. The first ten to do so (and to take it seriously, in our sole judgment) will get four free tickets to use for any performance of the show. That's a $100 value. We'll contact you to get a mailing address to send your tickets.
Now go wax poetic...

My favorite Christmas memory is when my mother & her 3 sisters their husbands amd all the kids and grandkids gathered to give out candy canes to the children who came by to see the "spectacular decorations" at my aunt Lonnie & uncle Fred's home in Oak Cliff. They were into decorating then [it was 40+ years ago] like it is commonplace now. Thousands of lights,Santa's elves. As a special treat for the grandkids, they were allowed to go outside & give candy canes to all the children that came by to marvel at the display. Many have passed away since this time but my children still remember this as their favorite!!
