The Dallas Arboretum

The Dallas Arboretum is one of the city's most beautiful green spaces. And more than just a pretty place to picnic, the gardens also play host to regular lectures and workshops so gardening enthusiasts can learn some green tricks. We're giving away tickets to an event at the Arboretum:

• Design Like a Pro lecture, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday, February 16

We'll pick one winner. That winner will receive a pair of tickets.

The event is led by Billy Goodnick, landscape architect and author of the new book Yards: Turn Any Outdoor Space into the Garden of Your Dreams. Goodnick will demystify the major design concepts and share inspirations to transform your yard.
