Effective tomorrow, it is likely that an injunction will be handed down on the basis that all BlackBerries are in infringement of a major patent.

While it won't make your BlackBerry obsolete, it will require that all users, many of whose devices are controlled on an enterprise level, download a workraround.

I predict chaos.

Attorneys and VC's may now begin their panic.
