So we're doing spring cleaning at the OrWell compound today and I was clearing out my closet of shirts that don't fit so well anymore, because you know, well, shirts shrink in the wash over time.

As I was packing the bag for Goodwill, I couldn't bring myself to just toss three beloved roughly-worn Old 97's shirts.

So, one semi-lucky reader will win these dandy's. All are XL. One is a gray T-shirt in the faux Dallas Stars design from a few years back. The logo is clear but so worn folks will think you bought it new at Urban Outfitters today. One is the classic black shirt with a plain white 97's logo. (And bonus red and yellow paint splatters!) The final shirt is an "underground" treasure. It actually carries no reference to the band at all, but has a thumbs up on the front and on the back says "Hitchhiker," a reference to the Hitchhiking YahooGroup. It's in the best shape of the three. All are freshly washed and ready for action.

And yes, this is lower-rent than some of the other contests we've done, but I'm out of the business of running ticket promotions for folks who don't buy any advertising and then expect us to promote the heck out of a contest in exchange for tickets to a show that is light years away from selling out.
