My first blog post

Posted By Gary Cohen in Square Pegs on December 1, 2006

Hey....it's the first blog post of my life! It's coming on the launch day of Pegasus News, a day now 27 months (at least) in the making. There's been a lot of blood, sweat and tears poured into this thing, and as I've learned, start-ups are not for the faint of heart. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys the site. We do welcome suggestions and ideas, so let us know your thoughts. The site will perpetually be improving over the next few weeks (months? years?) as we strive to make things better.

The real reason for this post is to publicly thank all our staffers who have put so much incredible effort into getting the site launched. In particular, our programmers, Jeremy and Brett, have had to put up with a lot of super-anal requests from me. They have both worked insane hours over the last several days, and I sincerely appreciate their effort.

As I told Mike last night, it's been an incredible journey so far....and we haven't even started.

I think this news vehicle has tremendous potential for several reasons. It's a good idea. It is needed. Its staff is very competent and creative, and seems to actually care about those it serves, as evidenced by their outstanding work on TexasGigs.com.

I really like the communication with the community via these comments, as well as the idea of customizing your news by neighborhood and interests.

Best of luck with this. I really hope it is as successful as it deserves to be.

Blessed be, :)Michael Raphael www.DeadSeaSouls.net www.ArchAngelMassage.com
