I had the song "Galveston" in my head and looked it up on YouTube. What popped up was a guy playing Darth Vader auditioning for something by singing "Galveston." As I see it, that deserves a blog post:
Here's a real young Glen singing a medley with Johnny Cash, which includes "Galveston." Man, as stupid as it was, I miss the classic variety show format.

Little known fact. I, or at least the middle part of me, was named for Glen Campbell.
Gotta agree with you on the variety show. I had the Nat King Cole show playing on BET Jazz this morning and it was riveting.
