A few months back I went to see the Blarney Street Hooligans with Mr. Lewis and the Funeral Five and Black Irish Texas at The Red Blood Club. Among the crowd was a woman with bright red hair who came up to me (and several others that night) asking if I would take a picture with her monkey. Huh?!

Turns out it's a little monkey doll that she takes with her all over. After posing him on shoulders, heads, and sometimes cleavage, she posts the pictures to the following website, www.monkeysadventures.com. And, like everyone else on the planet, the monkey has a myspace, too.

Though he frequents local punk clubs with his owner, he's also taken pictures with the likes of Kinky Friedman and Babbabooey from the Howard Stern Show. Below is a pic from the show I attended of the monkey and Michael from BSH.
