If you haven't yet had an opportunity for an upclose with Prexy candidate Rudy Giuliani, you can catch him having a private nosh at The Porch right now this very minute -- keeping in mind that the Porch is open for dinner only, meaning that Tristan and Nick have opened this one time for lunch, exclusively, just for Rudy. (Pegasus staffer Chad speculates that Rudy will order the hot dog.)
