I'd love to see the site eventually be able to differentiate estate sales from garage sales. The quality of items is vastly different, and it's really useful to me to see right away whether it's an estate sale vs. a garage sale. Just a thought for the future...

They actually are differentiated, but you can only see it once you click into the listing.
Garage sales technologically have been an unfortunate red-headed stepchild in our development queue. When we roll out our mappier stuff in the coming months, it'll be easier to sort.
