The Fort Worth Star Telegram does not want our money

Square Pegs

Just got a call from the FWST refusing to run an ad I placed in their garage sale section to advertise our garage sale map.

Their prerogative. But I didn't know they were doing so well they could turn down our couple hundred bucks. If they want to advertise their garage sale section on our garage sale map, I'll happily sell them the space.

That's what I did. Then they called me to tell me that they wouldn't take the ad.

Oh, well I thought it'd be in a fixed location, i.e. the spot on the left titled "Advertising".

Carry on.

Today

Robert Plant / Alison Krauss / Sharon Little Come watch as Robert Plant tries to put as much distance between himself and his Led Zeppelin days as possible. Cozying up to Alison Krauss ain't a bad way to do just that. More info
