Dallas billionaire Mark Cuban and his Magnolia Pictures are in the process of financing two controversial films. The first is a full-length version of Loose Change, the fuzzy conspiracy-laden internet phenomenon that claims the U.S. government was involved in 9/11; the second is Redacted, which tells the true story of the rape and murder of a 14-year-old Iraqi girl by U.S. soldiers in 2006.
Naturally, Bill O'Reilly and FOX NEWS smell blood. During last night's O'Reilly Factor, the commentators (who seem oblivious to the existence of Loose Change) derided Redacted for attempting to portray the rape of children by soldiers "as if this is what's going on everyday in Iraq."
Well, kudos to FOX NEWS for exposing this horrible bias before I or anyone I love goes out and spends money on this obviously horrible film. I'm glad Bill and others screened the movie ahead of time so I don't have to. Oh, wait, they haven't seen it or even read the script. Nevermind.

Wasn't he (O'Reilly) supposed to apologize to the anti-war people a couple years ago, when it was finally admitted there were no WMD in Iraq?
I have a vague recollection of reading about his reluctant on air apology somewhere.
After you've apologized because you were so obviously wrong and obnoxious about it, aren't you supposed to just STFU?
