Our readers: Sex-crazed, hungry and impatient

Square Pegs

Published: September 7, 2007

Since we jazzed up the weekly email four weeks ago, we've been able to see in realtime what people click.

Without fail and by far, the top three links every week are about (in order):

  • Sex and sex-related crimes

  • Restaurants

  • Traffic and transportation

Can't wait to update the media kit...

They sound to me like typical Hooters customers...

Sex on the brain, gotta wine/dine her and get back as quick as possible for the real fun.

Makes perfect sense, imo.

Which goes to show; if more Pegasusians went to massage parlors, they'd pay more attention to global warming, fur-free fashion shows, 'D' editor Tim Rogers' guest spot explaining his antipathy for headlines praising Southlake. That sort of thing. Instead they're in an insatiable estrogen/testosterone tarantella frenzy, and go to Pegasus for instant gratification.

Tarantella frenzy & instant gratification -- WTF?!

I thought we all came here for Spanish lessons, to hit upon 14 yr old Cajun-cousins and Needless Markup sales clerks, read about 3 ways to Sunday on how to build/trash/rebuild a bar in the same space over 2 years, all the while learning what "The Hockey" will do next season so those of us who know no better can place edjumucated over-under bets.

I stand corrected... Go figure...

I only come on here for TXU updates, the latest on how to deal with our fecal issues and to write restaurant reviews.

I don't go to massage parlors because I hire a very good looking man to make house calls for that purpose.... but that's how we roll in the CBD.

Think big, live large.

Well-played, Rawlins.

I suppose this cat wasn't a beneficiary of the parlour stings. Clearly he would have simply nodded & waved at this unfortunate motorist had he received a happy ending earlier in the week.
