Every time our dev team pushes out a nifty new feature, I'm heard to exclaim that "I love living in the future!"
It's intended to be funny, but when you look back on the last fifteen years, we've come a long way. Sometimes it's hard to conceive what the world was like before the technologies we all take for granted.
Here's a nice reminder: Someone's posted a BBC2 documentary from 1993, the year I graduated college. It's an episode of Horizon called "The Electronic Frontier."
I wonder if my beloved iPhone will look as silly as 1993 cell phones in 2023?
