Advice for folks getting negative user reviews

When you run a site that runs user reviews -- and particularly when you run a contest that encourages same -- you're going to get a certain percentage of negative ones. And a nearly identical percentage of PO'd proprietors.
I've held forth on this topic before, but sometimes it helps to hear from folks outside. Today, Marchex's LocalPoint blog has some good advice on "Dealing with Negative Reviews."
