The following clip is a classic example of media outrage over a particular topic giving more publicity to a "controversy" than ever would have occurred had they just left it alone. In this case, some doofus on cable access TV in Boston decided it would be fun to strip naked and stick his penis in a mousetrap.
Of course, Fox 25 has to show you the moron doing a goofy dance over and over and over again, just to make sure you're sufficiently outraged. Or, in the case of the PegNewsroom, highly amused. Be sure to notice how they made sure to pixelate the man's naughty bits, but completely forgot about the shadow on the wall that provides a show in and of itself.
