Weekly newsletter stalled out

For those waiting for their weekly newsletter, it looks to be coming through -- but it's unusually slow this morning. The white-hat service we use to send the newsletter has been showing it is "now sending" for about three hours now. (Usually takes 10 minutes.)
A small percentage have been received and opened. I'd re-send, but we're concerned that if we can't stop the first one, everyone might get two.

Not sending it twice ... impressive. I usually opt for the three and four sends while flicking the light switch on an off.
