Susan G. Komen 3-Day walkers can use your cheers

An annual event in DFW now, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk begins on Friday, November 7. Hundreds of participants have been raising money over the last several months and will walk 60 miles from Southfork Ranch in Parker to Southern Methodist University, all while donning various shades of pink, from t-shirts to feather boas.

Whether you donated money to the walk or not, there's still time to have an impact. 60 miles is quite a journey and the walkers can use your enthusiasm and support. Along the route there are a number of cheering stations, as well as an opening and closing ceremony. And, of course, you can donate online at any time.

That's what, about 24 hours of total walking time?

Since my wife and I walked in the Race for the Cure a few weeks ago, I'm all for this, but can someone explain the 60 miles to me? Even their circuitous route through Plano and Carrollton "only" seems to add up to around 41 miles. Anyone know the exact route or where I can see it?
