Barnett Shale, so much of it you can take it home in pale's, while old Barnett fell down a mine shaft, diggin for oil and gas and hooking up with them Texas River Rat's....oh Barnett Shale, come on out to my house and pump up my gas for a dime and a dollar and a lottery ticket ride,...until then.. Barnett Shale...one more Texas Gusher.... dryhole after all, well done.... A.T, Oilman Poetry.

Drilling for natural gas isn't as bad as drilling for oil. One assumes that if we really do move away from oil, then natural gas will have to be a bigger part of the solution. As well, this "conflicted" citizen could have taken the money and then donated it to a charity..
