Speed-favoriting contest: Loretta Lynn / Smile Smile

This one somehow slipped by me the other day, so you get the benefit of a quick contest. Our friends (and advertisers) at House of Blues have given us two pair of tickets for Sundays show with Loretta Lynn and Dallas' own Smile Smile. (Really interesting pairing, that.)

I'm a big White Stripes fan, and Jack produced Loretta Lynn's 2004 album...but I can't bring myself to entering this and potentially subjecting my ears to a country concert.

If you have never been to a Loretta show then you are truly missing out on a great American ShowWoman. It is about the music, most of it classic country and it is about what a great music show should be. To go see most of the country artists of today, I will pass, but to see Loretta, man ya just gotta see her. If you see no other country artist.
