Congrats to The Daily Mustang

A hearty congratulations to our content partners at The Daily Mustang, who are celebrating their first anniversary today.
We obviously have a soft spot for an online-only news org developing on a college campus where a print newspaper has been the main outlet. I'm glad to see them continuing to grow and expand.
Faculty adviser Jake Batsell shares some key stats:
Some highlights of Daily Mustang, Year One:
- 190,267 Total pageviews
- Web visitors from 130 countries, ranging from the United States (94% of all visits) to Mozambique (one person visited and spent more than 14 minutes on the site!)
- Twitter followers: 1,198 (become our 1,200th follower by visiting http://twitter.com/dailymustang)
- Celebrities interviewed by SMU journalism students: Quincy Jones, George W. Bush, Mark Wahlberg, Valerie Plame, Adrien Brody, Condoleezza Rice
