Hey guys, I've tried adding a new address several times and it won't save it. YEARRRGH!

Did you put a title on the address like "home" or "work"? If you forget that (as I briefly did in the video), it won't save.

Yeah, but I just tried it again and it worked this time (don't know why). For some reason, it won't save "Dallas" as my city, but it will save the address and the zip.

Aha. Are you seeing the autocomplete when you are typing Dallas? It winds up being "Dallas, TX."
That's because that's the way Dallas is represented in our database, but I imagine we could drop the TX if that's confusing.
David? What say ye?

Actually, the city field is the only one that won't autocomplete for me. It takes a while for it to register "Dallas" when I type it in, and then it disappears as soon as as skip to the next field. Sorry to fill up the comments section with my own little issue, but maybe this is happening to others as well.

No worries on filling up the comments, Michael. One of the reasons we're doing this (beyond the education on features) is to create a dialog on things that aren't working as we think they are. We spend so much time on the site, we sometimes take things for granted as working just because the way we use them works.
Sounds like you're getting some unexpected behaviors, so we'll look into it. I'm sure you're not alone.
It may be after the holiday before we resolve, but we'll come back with some answers post-haste.

Hey all, I've just updated the site to fix the bug Mike ran into where saving didn't work if a name wasn't given.
@Michael: What browser are you using? The city field is supposed to either be a dropdown box or an autocomplete (if your browser supports it). It sounds like it's only halfway working for you, which is obviously not good.

I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0. I'm also noticing that it won't let me pull up the work address info that I've saved (without the city) to edit it.

Michael, I've reproduced the issue. I'll post back here when it's fixed. If it's more than a day, do you mind me emailing you about it?
Sorry for the trouble!

Hey, Michael. Address editing should now be working in Internet Explorer 6. Give it a poke and see if it works for you. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
