Not so genius album cover
Country musician Tim Cooper sent us an album to review yesterday. First of all, he didn't put the proper postage on the envelope so we had to pay $1.14 to receive the damn package. Then we opened it up, and his album had the following photo as its cover art:

What a tool. The dog is so embarrassed that he won't even look at the camera.
Note to Tim: We want our $1.14 back

Genius album photo
Why go to a high priced professional photographer to take pictures for your new album when you can get top quality images from your local Sears? At least this was the question Alligator Dave asked himself when preparing for the release of his new album I Drink.

Concord Records shows DaDa some love
Concord Records has posted a live performance of Edie Brickell & The New Bohemians performing earlier this year at Club DaDa. Sure, the video is about featuring their artist, but the record company definitely does a nice job of showing DaDa some love too.

DFW Space Invaders party at the Black Forest Theater

To help celebrate the upcoming launch of Pegasus News, we will be sponsoring a big party the next week at the Black Forest Theater. It's called DFW Space Invaders, and the promoters are hoping to give all the people who have networked with one another through the gypsy-magic that we call "the internet" a chance to actually meet in person. Don't worry, the drinks will be a flowin' to help ease your apprehension about meeting screenname XXcurvypleasure0897. And if thats not enough, there will be some BIG TIME local and national guest musicians in attendance. Should be a great turnout, and a great time - so come on out and say hi.

Lazer responds to PPT

A couple weeks ago, it was revealed that local hip-hop supergroup PPT had written a diss song about the best rappers to make their way to DFW via the Rhineland - of course, I'm talking about Lazer
Well today, Lazer responds with their own very angry diss track entitled "Monkey Business" which will be featured on Hammel's upcoming mixtape, Fresh Produce. Click Here to listen to Lazer attack PPT with their new song, "Monkey Business."

Web 2.0 TV hits Dallas
Web 2.0 TV came to Dallas recently to ask random Dallasites about the online gambling ban. They also brought the most ridiculous looking microphone I've ever seen with them.
