John is a very smart man. You see along with a plethra of amazing information, he slides in photos of the most gorgeous women who walk the face of the earth...scantily clad of course. Now THAT is good business!
How does this pertain to TexasGigs you ask? Because a band is a business. It must be promoted and advertised and maintained and (in essence) sold to the band's customers. Your customers are fans, booking agents, labels, club owners and so on. A band is the salesperson in many cases.
