Radiant* (and fans) Bid a Fond Farewell

Dang it to heck...Radiant* (one of my very favorite bands by the way) just announced that bassist (and band "brother") Jon Schoemaker will be departing the band. Dammit. However the good news is that he's planning to, not only spend more time with his family, but will also begin a solo career! Rumor has it that Jon's putting together some good stuff, so I for one cannot wait to hear it!
Keeping it in the "brotherly" way; Daniel Hopkins' brother Jesse will take over bassin' duties. However, you can still catch Jon with the band one last time on Friday, February 10th at the Curtain Club.
Radiant* will drop their second album, We Hope You Win sometime this Spring, so look for that as well.

I think they should tour with Dallas' The Afters. That way, you'd have The Afters supporting their Epic CD "I Wish We All Could Win", and Radiant* would be supporting "We Hope You Win".
The entire audience would be so uplifted.
