So I've been having some 'puter probs as of late...like my charger thing-a-ma-jig won't stay plugged in and the battery lasts about 30-seconds. So TFG takes it over to Fry's this morning...and to his credit he DID ask me if I needed anything off of it...but I said nuh-uh, thinking it would be gone for a couple of hours at the most. He just returned with news that it's going to take 3 or 4 DAYS! DAYS! DAYS! So all the interviews and performances I have sitting in my to-do box are going to be late. Although, I'm rather tempted to head over there and get her back outta the shop to finish up some stuff...like interviews with American Royal and Blackheart Society....and the performances from Le Femme Qui....crap...I hate Mondays...

Ouch. Responding here, since I dunno if you can get email-- If they will give you access to it, we can get an external hard driuve to get your stuff. Is it at the one on NW Highway?

We have not one, but two external hard drives, including a USB-powered pocket-sized one, not to mention a ginormous Samba share here at the Jetso-, um, Casa del Gordo Grande. Your money would perhaps be better spent on a corporate-wide refresher about the necessity of backups.
