LantanaLinks.com was founded by Max Miller, a resident of Lantana, TX since September 2002. Miller, who has a background in broadcast journalism and new media, compiled an extensive list of web sites containing local information. Eager to share this knowledge with his neighbors, Miller started LantanaLinks.com in December 2003. LantanaLinks.com debuted with over 100 links to local web sites, combined with updated neighborhood news and information. LantanaLinks.com was not only a big hit with residents of southern Denton County, but also with local businesses, who wanted to get the word out to new residents about their products and services. Due to the success of LantanaLinks.com, Miller was approached by Savannah, TX residents David and Jody Prickett to build a similar website for northeastern Denton County. 380Guide.com was launched in July 2005. In May 2006, Miller was elected to the Denton County Fresh Supply Water District #6 Board of Directors. Miller Media Holdings LLC was formed in October 2006, and the company acquired The Cross Timbers Gazette newspaper in November 2006.Recent stories:
