A Cowtown New Year’s Eve
December 31, 2005
This New Year's Eve, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and guest conductor Charles Prince pay tribute to the great state of Texas and the Wild West in grand Fort Worth-style. "The Eyes of Texas" will be upon Bass Performance Hall in a concert that's the perfect way to ring in the New Year!
Enjoy theme music from The Magnificent Seven, Big Country, The Wild, Wild West and Rodeo. Then extraordinary fiddler Tom Demer joins the Orchestra for Western favorites Ashokan Farewell, Oklahoma Crude, Orange Blossom Special, Old Timey Medley and Cotton-Eyed Johann. Kick up your heels and say howdy to 2006!
