Lions Club Balloon Festival and Fair
August 18, 2006
Features Friday night balloon glow, plus launches and competitions, a carnival, arts and crafts and a grand prize drawing for a balloon ride for two. All proceeds benefits Highland Village Lions Club and local charities. Event also runs Sunday from 6:30 a.m. - noon.
