Gingerbread House classes
December 13, 2006
This annual culinary tradition for children features expert instruction by executive pastry chef Gianni Santin, who was recently named Texas' Pastry Chef of the Year by the Texas Chefs Association.
The children's gingerbread classes teach participants how to build the house and decorate in sweet style. Classes are located on the lobby level of Hotel Crescent Court. Guests may purchase an additional ready-decorated gingerbread house for $75.
For those kids at heart, a gingerbread class for adults is available on Wednesday, December 13 at 6 p.m. Guests receive chef Santin's gingerbread house decorating instruction while indulging in festive accompaniments, such as gingerbread martinis, chocolate martinis and hors d'oeuvres.
Register by calling 214-871-3260.
