Texas-born vocalist Gary Morris will be performing a holiday show with his band at Will Rogers Auditorium in Fort Worth.
Morris began his career in country music in the early 1980s. In 1984, his original rendition of Wind Beneath My Wings won both the Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music Song of the Year Awards, following which he appeared on the television series The Colbys.
His performance on Broadway in La Boheme with Linda Ronstadt, and as the first American to play Jean Valjean in Les Miserables, established his career as a powerful vocal artist and received critically acclaimed reviews. The platinum-selling, Grammy Award-winning full symphonic recording of Les Miserables features Gary's now famous version of Bring Him Home.
