The parade will travel south on Sowers Road, west on Irving Boulevard, around Millennium Park fountain, east on Second Street, north on Lucille Street, and then west onto Irving Boulevard.

Parade participants are encouraged to design floats that represent America with special emphasis on: American monuments, landmark achievements and famous historians.

Later on July 4, the Irving Symphony Orchestra will present a free concert and fireworks display at Williams Square, 5215 N. O’Connor Blvd. The concert begins at 8:30 p.m. with fireworks immediately following at approximately 9:30 p.m. Garage parking is available for $5.
