3rd annual festival in downtown Dallas Arts District
Description
Outdoor stages, strolling musicians, fine arts displays, cooking demonstrations, Dallas cuisine, museum and cultural organization exhibits, multi-cultural performances and children's activities will be showcased simultaneously.

Vans Warped Tour 2009 Warped just began -- Dallas is the fifth stop -- so Bad Religion, NOFX et al will still be fresh. This year, they've got fewer stages and longer sets (40 minutes instead of 30).
