Free State Bluegrass Music Festival

The festival kicks off Wednesday about 4 p.m. with a huge Texas style fish fry and Gerald Turner's home made ice cream, furnished by the city of Canton and the Chamber of Commerce. On Saturday afternoon watermelon is served around 2 p.m. These events are included with paid admission to the festival.
The music will be in the air conditioned Canton Civic Center on the First Monday grounds in downtown Canton. Bring a lawn chair. More than 1,500 camper hookups (no reservations accepted) are available. Camping is $15.00 per day, rough camping (no air conditioning only fans) is $6.00 per day.
Festival admission is $16.00 per day per person or $60.00 per person for a four day admission pass
